Shipping & Rates

We are currently shipping in CH, EU and the US.

Please note that some countries may charge additional customs fees. These costs must be paid by the buyer. We also cannot take responsibility for delays in shipping due to customs related delays or other events out of our control. 

The pricing for each category is as follows.

Domestic Shipping (2-5 Days of Expected Shipping):

1. Small Letter - CHF 3.50
2. Small Package - CHF 7.00
3. Large Package - CHF 9.00

European Shipping (Up to 1 Week of Expected Shipping):

1. Flat Rate - CHF 15.00
   

All Other Countries (1-2 Weeks of Expected Shipping):

1. All - CHF 24.00 (Tracking Necessary)
   

Please check your order immediately after receipt for completeness, accuracy and also check if the quality meets your expectation.

Return Policy

You can return products within 7 calendar days after receiving your items (date of postal stamp).

To return a product it must be in its original state: unused, unwashed, unworn and with its original labels and packaging. Note:

If shipping a return, please email us beforehand with your name and order number. After receiving and inspecting your item we’ll respond to your email to let you know we have received the return and update you on processing your refund. 

You will receive the credit for your return on the way you paid the amount of the order. Shipping costs are not refunded. You will be responsible for the shipping back to us and the shipping to you will be deducted from your refund.

Items lost during a return shipment cannot be refunded. Please use a tracking number when returning items.
