We ship from our home bases in Luzern, Zurich or Basel.

Domestic Shipping (2-5 Days of Expected Shipping):
Small Package - CHF 3.50
Medium  Package - CHF 7.00
Larger or Heavier Package - CHF 9.00

European Shipping (Up to 1-2 Week of Expected Shipping):
Small Letter - CHF 6.00
Small Package - CHF 15.00
Large Package - CHF 23.00

US (1-2 weeks, tracking non-optional):
Flat Rate - CHF 24 (you will be refunded any large difference in case of small packages)

Please check your order immediately after receipt for completeness, accuracy and also check if the quality meets your expectation.

Return Policy

You can return products within 7 calendar days after receiving the goods.

This is possible if the product is in its original state with labels, unused, complete.

You will receive the credit for your return once the item has been received.
